Subject Reading List
At Bilton School teachers encourage reading for pleasure, especially around subject areas.
Parents often ask how they can support their child's progress at home, and one of the most impactful ways would be to facilitate time for the students to practice reading and develop a more inquisitive nature around the subject area.
Teachers will of course provide extended reading and will direct students to relevant news articles or online links.
On top of this, subject leads have created lists of books that would be appropriate for the students to read, and of which would enhance their understanding of the curriculum taught in lessons.
